Plinia Edulis – Cambuca (Brazil)

Cambucá/Plinia Edulis takeks approx 5 years to produce fruits. The yellow colour fruit is 4 – 6 CM in size and with a sweet and sour taste. It has a taste combination of mango and papaya. It can be grown in containers . But recommended to plant in the ground due to the vigorous growth. Its known to be originated from Brazilian cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
