Cancellation

Once the orders are placed you are OK to place the cancellation of the same within the first hour of the order placement. You are requested to reach out to our WhatsApp number to process the same. If you are requesting for a cancellation after first one hour of placing the order, cancellation are not possible as we would have already started processing the order.

Return

No Warranty and no guaranty on Live Plants as Growing, flowering and fruiting are subject to So many climatic condition like Air, Kind of soil, water, humidity and temperature beyond our control. The live plants that sold through our website cannot be returned for refund as it is a perishable product. In case if product is damaged on receipt, a replacement will be provided to you or a refund may be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case. We would only replace items under specific conditions. 

So inorder to report such issues, kindly send email to jaboticabaindia@gmail.com with photos of unopened package. Also send us the unopened packge on the following address:

We do not refund for any damages and breakages in transit as handling in transit is beyond our control. We do not refund money for non survival of live plants after transplantation. We do not refund money for non survival of live plants for climatic reasons. 

Refund

Any eligible refund will be granted only after successfully receiving the package and after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15–20 days.
